Stuffed Jacket Potatoes: yummy yummy!

We are in the throes of Autumn here in Australia, and the air is getting chill. It's the perfect time of year to make Stuffed Jacket Potatoes to keep you warm!


 

This recipe is a fave in our household 'cause it ticks all the right boxes: Tasty? Check. Simple? Check. Kids love it? Check!
There are a few ways you could get your little one in on the action too. Depending on their proficiency in the kitchen (and their age), they could pierce the potatoes with a fork, or help you to scoop the flesh out from the skins, or measure out ingredients, or mash the potatoes and mix with the fillings.
